You MUST specify which dates you will be attending. Registering ensures your spot in the class! Drop ins welcome only space permitted.

Maximum of 8/9 people per class. Drops-ins space permitting. You can make-up in future sessions or in opposite class days.

Yoga for Joy class is an Anusara-inspired yoga class taught at all Levels. Using her combined background as a yoga teacher and psychotherapist, the focus of Sharon's class is to inspire joy, self-acceptance, and peace from within. In her intimate yoga studio, students explore bringing more bliss to their bodies through visualization, asana (yoga postures), breath-work and chanting. This class is specifically designed for people who suffer with depression, dysthmia, anxiety or just want more joy in their bodies. Physical injuries should be discussed with Sharon beforehand.
